Processing Times

Orders are processed within 10 days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high order volume, processing times may extend. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

• International Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, carrier backlogs).

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control or estimate these fees.

Delivery Issues

If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then email us at connect@buaai.in.
We assist where possible, but carrier delivery outcomes are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders placed with incorrect addresses may result in delays or returned shipments. Additional reshipment fees may apply.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are paid.
